Keukenhof Gardens is a seasonal spectacle in Holland. As devoted gardeners we took off for the Gardens almost as soon as we arrived at the boat. It took a lot longer to get to the gardens than we were told.  We looked around for about an hour before dashing back for dinner. Still,.. the glimpse that we got was spectacular.

On Sunday we went to Mass in the Begijnhof, an enclosed courtyard that originally was built for an order of secular nuns.  The houses are now rented to single women.
