Mangroves
It was early in the morning when we got into the Zodiacs. They navigated an underwater reef to reach a series of canals within an area of mangrove thickets. When they cut the Zodiac motor, the gorgeous sunrise, the wildlife, and the mirror-like surface of the water gave us a sense of being in an other world.
