We have taken longer trips, but none have provoked such wonder and excitement as our safari in Tanzania in January 2011. How can the images we brought back be organized? A day-by-day description won’t do because every day was spent bouncing along and hanging out of our safari van. So, this site is arranged by sights. The sights-seen span nine days and hundreds of miles. To see the marvelous things we saw click one of the pictures below or navigate using the links at the top of the page.

We hope you enjoy what we brought back from our safari.                Helen and Don O’Shea
